Most Americans are overweight today for a variety of reasons.Some reasons aren't our faults like age and genetics.some are our faults like we can make time to exercise and money we can walk for free.I absolutly have no excuse to be overweight.My apartment building Bragg towers is centrally located near a gym and near a YWCA in walking distance.My relative ownes the gym so I can go use the gym free.The YWCA has an agreement with my apartment building so we can use the pool for free.I also live very close to st joes hospital where I can use their gym.So I have resources at my disposal but I don't use them.So my health is my own fault and I don't have any excuses

What's up with all the celebrities dying off ed mcmahon farrah faucett michael Jackson billy maze Steve mcnair.I don't ever remember hearing about so many celebrity deaths in a row.Maybe it's just that today the information age that everythings at our fingertips and news breaks in an instant.It just seems really weird to me many the end of the world is coming.Why can't scumbags like madoff and o j die of cancer.I'm not saying these people were saints hardly anyone is.But these people contributed something to the world at least.

On July 4th 1939 Lou Gehrig told the world that even tho he got a bad break he was the luckiest man in the world and had a lot to be thankful for.We should take an example from him how much we take for granted living in this country and being free.We can say what we want go where we want live where we want.We can go to grocery stores and buy food and live in real houses not straw huts.We have clean water to drink and indoor plumbing.We take so much for granted and it can all be gone in a blink of an eye and if not for the grace of God we'd be in big trouble.

Back in my grandparents day and my mothers day eldridge park was the place to be.Downtown elmira was thriving with stores.Now they are trying to bring back the glory days of eldridge park.They have concerts and fixed the rides up and have car shows brought big dragon boats and paddle boats to the lake.

FORGIVE and FORGET

I am having a hard time forgiving my friend.I went through a lot of trouble for him and it cost me money I didn't have.It started when I agreed to bring him to jail on the day he was to report.None of his family could bring him so I thought I'd be nice and take it.Taking him alone meant I'd have to drive about 45 minutes and wake up early in the morning.On the way bringing him he was going hysterical crying yelling so I wanted to get there as soon as I could so I was going about 90 mph.A cop pulled me over and I was trying to explain the situation he was unsympathetic to my problem and I still got a 300 dollar ticket.To make matters worse I was still receiving mail at my old address and I didn't get the ticket for 6 months later.Long story short I paid 300 dollars and almost lost my license.I think my friend should pay me the 300 dollars or a least something.What do you think.

4 month countdown until verizons new storm 2 phone.I can't wait till the new storm phone comes out.I bet they will be a lot better than the first and will include wifi.verizon reduced all the blackberry phones to 150. Dollars.The new one will probably be 200 dollars.According to crackberry.com the phone is thinner and the 3 buttons on the front are touch buttons now.The new operating system is suppose to be better to and no bugs.

My 1998 jeep Cherokee sport failed inspection.It needs new brakes pads and rotors and other things.I'm hoping I can trade it in or sell it and get a really good deal on a brand new jeep liberty

Madoff and his lawyers have some nerve saying madoff only deserves 12 years because of his life expectancy.They also said he was the victim of mob justice.This guy caused people to live on food stamps and misled the Feds and protected others from prosecution.Including his ruth-less wife.I know Jesus said to forgive 7 times 70 times but this guy has no conscience and no morals.I hope he lives a long time in prison.

People should support their local YMCA and YWCA.They have a lot of helpful programs.I take a aqua aerobics class and aqua rehab class.They also have swimming lessons and open swim to do laps.They have scuba diving yoga classes summer cohesion for the kids.The pool is heated and the stretching classes really help back and people are doing cardio rehab

LOVAZA

I have risk factors for a heartattack or stroke.I'm overweight and have diabetes and have very high triglycerides.I take a lot of other medications so my Dr prescribed lovaza.lovaza is the first and only FDA approved prescription omega 3 medication.
This omega 3s are suppose to lower triglycerides.I have been on about 6 weeks.I'll get my blood tested again July 20th so I don't know if it's doing anything yet.

Today is my birthday every year about this time my anxiety grows and I worry about getting cancer.My dad died of cancer at 40 as I approach that age I get more worried.

Happy fathers day to all fathers.I don't have a father mine went to be with the Lord but I have a step father.My stepfather is every bit a father as my real father except biological.He has done a lot for me and my brothers and my mom.In the begining we didn't have a good relationship at all now we have a good one.A friend of mines family is step he has a step father who adopted him he has a half brother and sister his wife was adopted and his 2 children were born from fetus implants.But they are one of the most loving families and nicest people you'd ever want to meet.A father dosent only give you his DNA he gives advice help nurturing teaching financial and much more help.

I wonder what pet people would rather have a cat or a dog.I have had both I first had a dog who lived to be 14 we just put her to sleep. Now I have a cat I haven't been around many cats but they are aloof and aren't as friendly as dogs are cats pownce and jump all around and on top of things.Cats are cleaner they go to the bathroom in a litter box and they don't beg for food they like their own food.Dogs are mans best friend loyal and loving and playful they are harder to potty train and have to be taken out to the bathroom.They also beg for food and make you feel guilty not giving them any.Both have good and bad points but I think I miss my dog more what do you like better?send comments

Is the end of the world almost here?Is Jesus return here?Christians believe when isreal became a nation again Jesus was coming soon.People in Jesus day believed the end was near.Countless people have tried to calculate a date and sold all their possessions.Throughout history there have been wars and rumors of war earthquakes and disasters.Jesus said look up your salvation comes near when these things happen.Do we see more of these things today because the world is so connected by sattilites and the Internet or are things really getting worse.More people are leaving the church because of the corruption.I myself was raised and baptized a catholic.So was whitey we both went to catholic school all the way through.I became a Christian a couple years ago and go to a Protestant church.My family wasn't very happy about it.I'm not sure how religious whitey is I don't think very much.but the point is how much worse if the world is getting worse can it get.the climate is changing economy is changing if we get any worse I don't wanna be here.I hope Jesus does come back to save us all soon.
