MADOFF
Madoff and his lawyers have some nerve saying madoff only deserves 12 years because of his life expectancy.They also said he was the victim of mob justice.This guy caused people to live on food stamps and misled the Feds and protected others from prosecution.Including his ruth-less wife.I know Jesus said to forgive 7 times 70 times but this guy has no conscience and no morals.I hope he lives a long time in prison.

Mike and Farrah
Two huge loses this week in the world Mike Jackson and farrah.I remember Jackson the best because thriller was so popular when I was a kid.Farrah was a little bit before my time.In life they were both judges by their looks Jackson was always criticized for trying to become white people said.Farrah was always loved for her beauty.In death they both died in a cruel sad way but they will always be loved and remembered.

People should support their local YMCA and YWCA.They have a lot of helpful programs.I take a aqua aerobics class and aqua rehab class.They also have swimming lessons and open swim to do laps.They have scuba diving yoga classes summer cohesion for the kids.The pool is heated and the stretching classes really help back and people are doing cardio rehab

LOVAZA
I have risk factors for a heartattack or stroke.I'm overweight and have diabetes and have very high triglycerides.I take a lot of other medications so my Dr prescribed lovaza.lovaza is the first and only FDA approved prescription omega 3 medication.
This omega 3s are suppose to lower triglycerides.I have been on about 6 weeks.I'll get my blood tested again July 20th so I don't know if it's doing anything yet.

If anybody ever read my posts you know I profess to be a Christian.I don't always act like one I know like in the instance I'm glad annoying Perez Hilton got punched in the face by black eyed peas manager.Perez criticized their newest album and called them a gay slur then he was hit by the manager who was later arrested.Perez crucified miss California and I think he just wants attention.

DADS DAY
Happy fathers day to all fathers.I don't have a father mine went to be with the Lord but I have a step father.My stepfather is every bit a father as my real father except biological.He has done a lot for me and my brothers and my mom.In the begining we didn't have a good relationship at all now we have a good one.A friend of mines family is step he has a step father who adopted him he has a half brother and sister his wife was adopted and his 2 children were born from fetus implants.But they are one of the most loving families and nicest people you'd ever want to meet.A father dosent only give you his DNA he gives advice help nurturing teaching financial and much more help.
