That flood is terrible.. Maybe the place is low? Is the flood due to a storm or heavy rain? I hope it will never happen again. Very intesting. Simple but informative :)
Back in the 1990's, downtown Chicago was flooded. Some incompetent cantractor knocked a hole where they shouldn't. Your pics reminded me of that. LOL.
