What's the specific picture
What would they have that they don't have now
What would the person be doing in that picture
What would the person be in that picture
What are you doing to get it
Look at action thinking feeling
Focus on persons behavior not the problem
Is it working
Are you getting what you want
Is it working well enough
What choices do you have in front of you
Get them all out
Provide thinking choices as well as action
Of your choices which might work better than now make a plan to try one step than check back to see of its working
