Successful problem solvers have five basic beliefs about themselves and life that problem makers don't have
1. What happens to me in life is caused by what I decide
2. I expect good things to happen when I make good decisions
3. I have far more choices in life than it seems
4. Every choice and decision has a consequence
5. No problem in life is so big that I can't deal with it in some way to some degree using I.D.E.A.L
Identify the problem
Describe the possibilities
Evaluate your alternates
Act out a plan
Learn from your actions

As I said, I'd love to copy and post this, with your name and link.
So far so good so what is how I feel on a good day! Have to keep your sense of humor. I didn't real all posts, but two helpful aids when you are depressed: be grateful for what you do have, make a list if you have to, taking nothing for granted, and helping someone else, volunteer work--or reading this comment of mine, and follow my blog, well, no pressure. Sweet tides, Linda
You have a wonderful site here, just great. Thanks for letting me know about it. No matter who you are being grateful is the best way to be.
Have a wonderful day!
Love and Blessings,

Great blog... I am now following.
You should add the google friend to your blog so that it is easier for others to follow you!
Looking forward to reading more of your stuff.
All the best,
Kim
I really like your blog and your cause. Can I link to here from my blog?
I know people very close to me who suffer from depression, and I really think you're doing a good thing here. Please keep it up. If ever looking for something funny, you can definitely check out my blog. http://frogblog10.blogspot.com
Like I said, great blog, great cause. Keep up the good work. :)
Ýes! I don't know if not you is Tony, but I'm going to put your last post up and chat it up a bit. And I will post your link like I do the others--chat it up. Do you want links to both sites? I JUST CHECKED AND YOUR BLOG IS AT THE TOP OF MY LINKS LIST. I'D LIKE TO POST THE OTHER BLOG--WHY DON'T YOU WRITE YOUR OWN DESCRIPTION AS YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR, AND I'LL POST IT. I think it's also posted at the end of the page, because everything I follow is posted there.
I was going to send you a link to the song 'so far away,' but I got too tired. it's on my youtube channel. For now, sweet tides, Linda
