Now I consider myself at least an average intelligent Guy.I do have lapses in judgement and at times I'm a impulsive Guy.You can ask Mr mondello the other contributer to this blog about my impulsiveness.In September I did a stupid thing I'm paying for and will pay for for a long time.I let a friend add a cellphone to my line.I took 800 dollars up front in cash money.I'm not good with money so I spent the money quickly on clothes and a video camera.My friend and I both have blackberry storms and with the blackberrys you have to have unlimited data plans.Plus we are on 1400 friends and family plan which is way to much but the plan below we went over in minutes.Now I'm stuck with this plan for at least 2 years.If I take him off I will have to pay a big cancellation fee.I'm not gonna so this again I hope but I don't always learn my lesson.Now on a some what related topic because I was a retard for doing this deal.I came across a website that wants people to sign a petition to stop the use of the word retard.sign at. http://www.r-word.org

I'm trying to lose weight like millions of other people all over the world.My brother who is a health nut who eats whole wheat pasta turkey meatballs and grass fed beef told me about a organic meal replacement drink called orgain.Orgain comes in chocolate and vanilla the chocolate is pretty good.Orgain has 255 calories 32 carbs and 16 grams of protein.Orgain has 24 vitamins and minerals free of anything artificial and is the equivalent of eating 10 servings of fruits and vegetables.Orgain is pretty exspensive a case of 12 will cost you 22 bucks.That's almost 90 bucks a month but as my brother points out I spend more than that a month eating out and buying junk food.Its at least worth giving it a try.

Lawyers suck

My moms husband told her to leave the house in late October.She started living at my brothers house and retained a lawyer the next day.That day the lawyer made my mom pay five thousand dollars as a retainer.He told my moms the divorce would be final at the end of febuary.The lawyer also gave my moms at big packet of papers that needed to be filled out.My moms husband had a court day for the harassment charge yesterday and the lawyer told my mom as soon as he heard from the court heed call her.she called him twice already and still has found out nothing.I understand lawyers are very busy and have a lot of clients,but I think lawyers should be more responsive to their clients.

Tony cornheiser a popular personality on espn made remarks on his show pardon the interuption about sports center anchor Hanna storm.He made remarks about storms pervocative dressing on sports center.Cornheiser was suspended for two weeks by espn executive.espn said in a statement those kind of hurtful remarks won't be tolerated.There was a report that espn executives told storm before this incident to tone down her wardrobe.Cornheiser called storm and apologized and told her everything was true that he did make those statements.Women are judged in society much more on their looks than men.Woman aren't always judged on achievement.Some woman use their attractive power to get ahead.I guess life is hard and beauty is God given gift if you have it use it.But not at the expense of other people.

Last night one of my Facebook friends wrote a update that made me think.He wrote surgery tomorrow if I don't wake up ill see most of you in about 30 years.This made me think about many things I don't know the persons belief system of he even believes in a after life or he was just kidding around.Why did he pick 30 years?Most people I know on Facebook are in their 30s.They would be in their 60s in thirty years.Age of 60s is fairly young for this day and age. Did he mean the whole world would end in 30 years?What would I be doing the night before surgery?I doubt I'd be on Facebook.I'd probably be a nervous wreck planning my funeral.Or debating if I should have the surgery.I guess you can tell if you've read my blog I'm negative and see the glass half empty.Maybe this will change but I doubt it.

New York is broke as a joke.Governor Patterson is trying to milk the money out of small business owner like my brother tabes.They use intimidating tactics as well as counting on people don't know their rights.IRS comes into a bar on the night of the college football national championship game.This night is one of the busiest nights of the year for the bar business.Its common sense that a busy night is gonna bring in high revenue and he dosent do business that good every night.So they tell him he isn't charging enough sales tax.Tabes didn't know he has a right to ask them to come BAck another night.They figure we are the mighty IRS we can do what we want.He didn't even want to fight it at first for fear they'd screw him more .That's probably what most people fear.He's fighting it and I hope he wins.

My moms said to me yesterday she never thought shed be a widow and divorced in life by two different men.I never thought I'd be in counseling I don't think anyone gets in life what they want.When your a teen and in your twenties your invincible.When you turn thirty your atitude dramatically changes.I wonder if that's why in love a lot of people think age does make a difference.I don't feel it does but I can see why it could.That leads to another I never thought or I don't ever think ill be married but I'd like to be.

My moms husband was charged with harassment and has to to back to court Thursday.I'm not surprised he pleaded guilty he has always taken responsibility for his actions I have to give him that.Plus there's evidence against him.I don't think this is completely over either tho .He is a vindicative guy who if he likes you he will do a lot to help you, but if you screw him he will screw you ten times harder.He already laid that foundation by threatening to call the IRS.I hope my mom finally realizes he don't love her any more.on valentines day they exchanged presents and went to lunch.I feel he's playing her for a fool and trying to make out better in the divorce.He even said he loves her but he loved his boyfriend to.My counselor told me with a protective order my mom can get in as much trouble for contacting him as he could.I hope my mom dosent learn the hard way.

Soap opera continues

The day before all the drama unfolded was fat Tuesday the day before lent began. My mom decided to make lasagna and have my grandmother over and my brothers and I for dinner. My grandmother brought over audio tapes of my brothers and I from the 1970s when we were very young children.We were singing and talking on the tapes.We were all laughing our heads off over the tapes having a great time. We even heard my dads voice on the tapes which was weird because I forgot what his voice sounded like.Then the next day all hell broke lose with my moms husband.My moms husband did end up in jail its funny how life has such up and down swings.That's one of my biggest fears in life that when everythings going good everything them will go just as wrong.

I guess life is like a box of chocolate you don't know what your gonna get.This last year actually the last 20 years has been crazy.Starting about 1993 when my mom was remarried after my dad died in 1988.Then 6 months ago after 17 years of marriage my moms husbands decided he didn't wanna be married anymore and fell in love with a man.Now today the latest drama my moms husband starts a fight with my mom on the cellphone over money.He threatened my mom verbally that he was gonna come to elmira and shoot my brother.My mom had to sign a domestic violence complaint and farm boy will probably get a psych evaluation what will be the next chapter in the drama.

She is an amazing lady she still drives she exercizes she has a coffee club that meets every wednesday.She takes one pill for high blood pressure.She raised my father as a single woman.In her younger days she was a world traveler worked at the holding point during ww2.She worked at westinghouse as a supervisor for a long time.I hope i live to be 92.
